Cavendish University Scholarship Programme for August Intake

As part of community uplifting and engagement efforts, especially during these difficult COVID-19 times, Cavendish University Uganda will launch the 2020 August Intake Scholarship Programme on 26th June, 2020. This offer shall be extended to financially constrained but academically high achieving Ugandan students straight after  A level or first year University students on a transfer programme. The scholarships cover up to 100% tuition and functional fees.

Quality applicants may study in any of the four faculties of the University, namely; Business and Management, Law, Socio-Economic Sciences and Science and Technology.

How to apply:

Qualified potential applicants can apply online via https://www.cavendish.ac.ug/local-applicants or physically visit the Enrolment or Quality assurance office at Cavendish University Uganda, Plot 1469 Ggaba Road – Opposite the American Embassy with the following documents:

• S-4 certificate (original and photocopy), 6 passes.
• S-6 certificate (original and photocopy), 3 Principle passes with a minimum of 12 points.

The applicant will then be given the Cavendish University Excellence Scholarship application form, schedule a pre-entry test and an oral interview.

Application deadline is 31st August, 2020 for the August 2020 intake.

Scholarship recipients will be eligible for the scholarship for the duration of their studies as long as he or she maintains CGPA of 3.6 (second class upper division).
